This Privacy Policy describes how Skalarity LLC, which operates TRADEGENTIC, collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the Service. TRADEGENTIC is a research and education tool, not investment advice.
We collect your account email address and authentication and session data, handled by our authentication provider, Clerk. We also collect your conversation and chat history and related account records, stored in our managed Postgres database, Neon. We collect basic technical and usage data — for example, your IP address, device and browser type, and pages or features you interact with — to operate and secure the Service.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and secure the Service; to authenticate you and keep your account safe; to respond to your requests; and to improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
We rely on third-party service providers that process data on our behalf to run the Service: Clerk for authentication and session management; Neon for our managed Postgres database (including conversation and chat history); and Vercel and Railway for hosting and compute. These providers process your information only to provide their services to us and are bound by their own data-protection obligations.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Conversation history persisted in Neon, including soft-deleted rows kept for audit, is retained under this policy and then deleted or anonymized.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at the email below. We will respond as required by applicable law.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at legal@skalarity.com and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
