These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TRADEGENTIC (the “Service”), which is operated by Skalarity LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TRADEGENTIC is a research and education tool. It is not investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security or to adopt any strategy. Skalarity LLC is not a broker, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser, and does not act in a fiduciary capacity toward you. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consider consulting a licensed professional.
Every portfolio, position, and trade shown on the Service is paper trading — simulated orders placed in a brokerage paper-trading account, with no real money at stake. Simulated results and past performance do not indicate or predict future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal, and trading is not free of risk. Outcomes and returns are not assured, and no return is promised.
The Service uses open-weight AI models to generate research, summaries, and other output. AI output may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and may misstate facts. You should independently verify any information before relying on it. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skalarity LLC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service or any reliance on its output. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; will not use it to violate any law or the rights of others; and will not present its research output as personalized financial advice to others. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Skalarity LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Skalarity LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
